About the role:
The Customer Care Consultant plays a very important role and is the link between the sales team and service delivery.
Your duties will include:

Support a team of 3 Sales Representatives
-
Take inbound calls from customers
-
Process all orders accurately
-
Assist the sales team with the processing of quotations
-
Attend to customer complaints and queries in a friendly and professional manner

Communicate customer queries and complaints to the relevant department (sales / warehouse / finance / purchasing) in a timely manner

Give prompt feedback to customers

Make outbound calls to customers to follow-up on orders and promotions
What you will bring to the team:

Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage

Excellent telephone manner

Keen eye for detail
