Join a world leader in the capacity of Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Associate. In this role you will be supporting all Quality and Customer Experience within the business. Another key function of this role will be to analise data in order to improve customer experience.

- In this role you will be supporting and driving programs, as well as coach and deliver trainings on company programme tools
- Organization employee engagement events
- Conduct ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audits
- Assist with process improvement to automate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Working with relevant departments to establish root cause analysis and “quick wins”
- Complete data and reports at a National and Regional level in line with daily, weekly and monthly guidelines
- Communication updates on projects and programs to the wider business

About you:
- To succeed in this role you will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- You will have strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- A high level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office is a must
- You will be a self-starter and task orientated
- Must be customer focused and solution orientated
- You will have a passion for the environment
- Six Sigma trained and Internal Audit experience would be advantageous
