Our client is looking for a strong and positive CX Lead. The role will see you leading a small team of CX Consultants to deliver a personalised customer experience through a variety of channels.

The role is in the Retail sector and in the company HO. Your role is to champion the voice of the customer thus delivering the best “end to end” customer experience.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience leading a Customer Experience team in customer resolution
  • Coaching & leadership experience
  • Strong & clear spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work one weekend day per month
  • Deliver to key KPI customer goals of delighting the customer
  • Experience navigating multiple IT screens
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk will be an advantage

This role is all about keeping the customer happy and will see you providing solutions and timeframes for delivery. Working with the team to say, “I’ve got this…”. You will lead from the front with a positive and calm disposition. You must be comfortable working with multiple projects and activities at the same time. You will also be involved in the role out of livechat and offer great support and leadership within the wider reporting team.
