Customer Experience Specialist
A wonderful opportunity exists to create leading customer experiences. Design and champion the adoption of customer centric thinking across the organisation. Designing and optimising experiences in the way customers and the business engage and connect. This is a new opportunity as part of an organisational change journey.
Key requirements for your success in this role:

Develop and design CX frameworks to build strategic and operational delivery for business and customer engagement

Inform, design and contribute to CX journeys across the business
-
Working with the three key CX Managers across strategic and immediate programmes of work
-
Contribute and provide subject matter expertise when working with customer issues and opportunities
What you will bring to the role:
-
A passion for creating world leading CX experiences for customers
-
Experience in current CX design in an organisation where you have contributed to projects and new CX initiatives
-
Ability to develop ideas and formulate recommendations, running workings and presentations for a variety of stakeholders
-
3+ years in CX design, operating in a CX environment
-
Exposure to commercial and or business transformation possibly within financial services, professional services or a large organisation
-
Tertiary qualified – a variety of fields considered -Marketing, Transformation, Business, etc
-
Familiar with a wide variety of software platforms such as CRM, MS office, etc
