Our large, well known and successful NZ client is looking for an intermediate level Voice of Customer Insights Specialist / Analyst to start urgently with them!

To be considered you will need:
Intermediate level customer insights experience across 'Voice of Customer' data;
Proven experience in analysing trends to draw out relevant insights;
Comfortable working with large datasets across spreadsheets & software;
Experience with data insights software & dashboards;
Experience in the B2B SME marketplace is desirable;
Strong lateral thinking skills, attention to detail & well-developed communication & relationship building skills are essential for this role;
Current working rights to work in in NZ and some experience working in the NZ marketplace doing this type of role is preferred.
