  • $55 000 - $75 000 dependent upon experience
  • 45 hours a week:  Monday – Friday (9.00am – 5:30pm OR  9:30am – 6.00 pm OR  10.00am – 6.30pm) AND Saturdays 12:00pm – 5.00pm
  • Free onsite parking available

Our client is an award-winning market leader in the industry, and they are looking for a Customer Retention Adviser to join their team.

This role will suit a customer service focused individual who has a passion for service delivery and an interest in the financial services industry.

About the role:

  • In this role you will be calling clients who have upcoming loan renewals
  • You will be asking relevant financial questions relating to client’s future loan requirements
  • You will be recommending loan solutions to suit each client’s specific needs
