We are looking for someone who is terrific on the phone to join one of the biggest company in Australia and New Zealand as a Customer Service personnel.
- Must live in North Shore or willing to travel to Takapuna
- Must be able to commit three weeks
- 6pm to 6am including weekend (shift work)
- Remuneration $24 per hour
- Able to start ASAP
- No experience needed
About the role:
- Answering calls and handling enquires
- Assisting customers as needed
- Data entry
- Email correspondence
- Other ad-hoc customer service duties
About you:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous customer service experience
- A people person – friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable in all forms of communications
- Excellent communication skill – articulate and have a great phone manner
- Good individual and team contributor – able to think on your feet and a problem solver
- Proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
