We are looking for someone who is terrific on the phone to join one of the biggest company in Australia and New Zealand as a Customer Service personnel.

  • Must live in North Shore or willing to travel to Takapuna
  • Must be able to commit three weeks
  • 6pm to 6am including weekend (shift work)
  • Remuneration $24 per hour
  • Able to start ASAP
  • No experience needed

About the role:

  • Answering calls and handling enquires
  • Assisting customers as needed
  • Data entry
  • Email correspondence
  • Other ad-hoc customer service duties

About you:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • A people person – friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable in all forms of communications
  • Excellent communication skill – articulate and have a great phone manner
  • Good individual and team contributor – able to think on your feet and a problem solver
  • Proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
