As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the smooth running of the business, assisting wonderful clients with any slight technical glitches that may occur with their product.
Your role will be to build customer relationships and provide information on our client's products and services in a professional manner. On the job training and support will be provided on systems and current processes. This is a fantastic role within a highly reputable organisation.

This permanent position will be on a rostered system, with the occasional weekend.
This role will be based in the CBD and you will be part of a customer obsessed team. They look after employees by fruit daily, your birthday off and other great incentives. To be successful you will need strong phone-based customer service skills, sales skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to engage with customers.
