Our client is looking for a confident, vibrant and dedicated customer focused start to join their Inbound Customer Services Team.
The role is based over the phone and has no sales involved! You will be the first point of contact to existing customers for their queries and requests in regard to their FMCG products. If you like making a difference and resolving matters, we would like to hear from you!
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A warm friendly telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (MUST)
- Intermediate computing skills including Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility around hours
- Experience from a product based contact centre
- NZ Citizenship/ Permanent Residency
- Ability to work weekends

Shifts vary from 9am to 7.30pm across the week. As work load steadily rises, you could look at 3 to 6 months ongoing contract.
