You will be answering both general product enquiries as well as managing and processing orders via verbal and written communication.
You will need to enjoy following process and taking instructions to ensure consistent and accurate customer service levels are maintained at all times.
Previous experience in a customer service and highly developed communication - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!
