Our client is looking for an experienced customer Service Coordinator to join their team of Service-focused professionals.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Taking complaints and feedback regarding matters related to public health
- Communicating feedback and complaints to internal departments for resolution
- Responding to any feedback and complaints in a professional manner
