Our client who is a large E-commerce organisation is looking for an energetic and stand -out customer service representative to join their National Contact Centre, based in the CBD will enjoy working in a high-pressure customer service environment and at the same time adding value to the team and achieve results as a team.
What you will be doing:
- Taking several inbound calls each day from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service for their online and retail businesses
- Resolve queries in a timely manner
- Be the voice of the company and present it well
What we require:
- Proven ability to adapt to change
- Capability to work with diverse customer base
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers
