We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative.

This is a temporary position but can have some great long term opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for booking appointments for a medical practitioner by making outbound calls to potential patients.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential patients to book appointments for the medical practitioner
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointment bookings
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals

Requirements:

• Previous outbound customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to start immediately
