We have a great opportunity to join a well-established team in an Inbound customer service role in a Greenlane location.
In this role you will need to be sales + customer focused, ensuring your customers receive a high standard of service from start to finish.
In this role you will be receiving inbound calls; providing advice and product information, providing quotes to customers and converting calls to sales. In addition to this you will make follow up calls to customers on quotes previously provided quotes or to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase.
You will join a team that is supportive of each other and will work with a manager who is approachable and provides ongoing coaching and training.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a contact centre; ideally inbound or outbound sales and retention
Previous experience in a sales focused retail role would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent processing skills with the ability to carry on a conversation at the same time

Hours are Monday to Friday standard business hours, with additional alternate Saturday hours required from 9am to 2pm.
