Our client has an amazing opportunity available in the beautiful Marlborough region! Located in Seddon, our client is seeking a Customer Service expert to work as a part of the wider Supply Chain Team.
If successful, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service – resolving queries
- Orders and Invoices
- Export process management
- Projects e.g. system improvement
- Data management
- Supply and Demand Planning
- Uphold Health, Safety, Compliance & Standards at all times

To be successful in the role you are going to need to be able to tick most of the following boxes:
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic with great listening and conversation skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Can prioritise a high volume of time-sensitive tasks
- High Attention to detail
- Self-starter, problem solver and team player
- And most importantly a positive, “can-do” attitude!
