Our client has an amazing opportunity available in the beautiful Marlborough region! Located in Seddon, our client is seeking a Customer Service expert to work as a part of the wider Supply Chain Team.

If successful, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service – resolving queries
  • Orders and Invoices
  • Export process management
  • Projects e.g. system improvement
  • Data management
  • Supply and Demand Planning
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Compliance & Standards at all times

To be successful in the role you are going to need to be able to tick most of the following boxes:
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic with great listening and conversation skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Can prioritise a high volume of time-sensitive tasks
  • High Attention to detail
  • Self-starter, problem solver and team player
  • And most importantly a positive, “can-do” attitude!
