- 40 hours per week, no overtime
- Monday – Friday
Due to an internal promotion and growth, our client requires an experienced Customer Service Representative with a passion for providing excellent service.
The key function for the role will be to process online orders from the website, as well as offering phone-based customer service.

Duties include:
- Calling to confirm orders
- Processing orders through to despatch
- Following up on client queries
- Processing credits

- Experience in product-based customer services
- Order processing experience essential
