My client is currently recruiting for two full time permanent Inbound Customer Service Representatives for their small Lower Hutt based contact centre.
This contact centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shifts work on a rostered basis which you will be informed of at least 2 weeks in advance.
The successful candidates will play a vital role within the contact centre. You will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public covering various lines. This is a super call centre where they cover for multiple clients so your exposure to a wide variety of businesses is very vast.
This is a resolution-based role so your ability to think on your feet and problem-solving skills will be second to none. Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential, our client is happy to train the successful candidate in this area if they have the basics.
Please bear in mind due to the hours of shifts on offer you will not be able to rely on public transport so having a reliable form of transport will be essential.
In return you will be part of a fun close-knit team with a competitive salary of $38-42k experience dependent is on offer.
As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated the following skills and experience reflected in your CV:
- Proven customer service skills (contact centre experience is desirable but not essential)
- Excellent phone manner with clear communication skills
- Strong typing / keyboard skills
- Good level of literacy
