B eyond Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Rep with preferably a background in the healthcare sector who has experience of ordering, quotes and managing queries for a large range of Medical products.

We want someone with the right kind of focus for this role - able to work autonomously and with a focus on excellence in customer service.

Our client has an extensive product range and training will be provided so that you can meet the demands of the role but a background in Medical or similar would see you transition quickly into the role.

This is busy time for the company and so they need all hands on deck. 

This is a long term temp role - ASAP start for potentially 6 months.

The role involves:

  • Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
  • Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email
  • Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure high service delivery standards are met.

Your experience:

  • Experienced in a customer service, product based environment. Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills will be a big advantage.
