Beyond Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join this capable customer service team. The role involves ordering, supplying quotes and managing queries for a large range of Medical products. Your clientbase is typically the DHBs or Medical practices around New Zealand.
We want someone with the right kind of focus for this role - able to work autonomously and with a focus on excellence in customer service.
We want someone preferably with a background in the healthcare sector and ideally someone medical products.
However if you have worked in an indsusry where the requirement to provide accurate product information has been necessary, please read on.
This is busy time for the company and so they need all hands on deck.
The role involves:
- Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
- Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email
- Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure high service delivery standards are met.
- Experienced in a customer service, product based environment.
- Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills will be a big advantage.
