We are seeking a motivated individual to join an existing team whose focus is dealing with feedback and complaints.

This temporary assignment will commence early December and is for a 6-month duration.   Working within a high-profile Government agency, you will be fully trained and supported by a team that take pride in delivering solutions to their customers.

  • Commencing beginning December for 6 months
  • Mix of phone and email based inbound customer queries/complaints
  • High profile Government agency
  • $26.00 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming feedback and complaints via phone and email
  • Recording information into a database
  • Preparing reporting
  • General administration tasks including reviewing processes and suggesting improvements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven customer service skills including exposure in handling complaints
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to be resilient and can cope with pressured situations
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and open to process improvement
  • Solutions based focus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suites
