This is a permanent role where you will be working with Australian and New Zealand commercial customers, providing excellent customer service and admin support around Warranty claims.
This role is suited to someone who is passionate about customer service, who takes ownership of their customers and is happy to work with a solution-based process. You will also need the ability to learn product information.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2years + experience in a customer service/admin role
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve problems
- Team player
