Our client is looking for a small number of temps to join this growing team of internally focused CSRs.

You will need to have previous experience in a call centre to be able to keep up.

This is busy role as you will be handling multiple queries, therefore, your ability to multitask is essential.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • 2 + years experience in call centre
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service examples to use 
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Ability to resolve problems
