Beyond Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Rep with the right kind of attitude - a drive for customer service and attention to detail is a must.
This is a temporary assignment starting in March, for approx. 3 months.
Our client has an extensive product range specialising in innovative solutions for today’s flexible learning spaces. They instil a balance between quality and value in their product line
They are seeking an experienced, motivated CSR to meet and exceed the customers expectations. You will be the champion for the customer by listening and understanding a customers’ reservations and requirement so they can make informed choices. You will also be responsible for building strong business relationships with key accounts.
The role involves:
- Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
- Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email
- Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure high service delivery standards are met.
- Experienced in a customer service, product based environment.
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Have the ability to manage your time and be highly organised
