About the role:
- As Customer Services Officer you will be the first point of contact
- You will field all incoming calls and forward calls and queries to the correct department
- You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, solving queries, and handling complaints

- You will have the ability to perform under pressure
- You will be very customer service focused with a kind and friendly telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good Word, Excel and data entry skills
