Customer Service Representative

We are looking for highly motivated and customer focused representatives who are ready to take on a new challenge. If you're a customer service champion, we would like to hear from you!

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Objection handling capabilities
  • Engaging telephone manner
  • Minimum of 6 months experience within a call centre environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to provide two recent contactable references
