Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 3-5 year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Ellerslie.
If you have experience working in the FMCG, 3PL and logistics sectors we might just have the perfect role for you.
If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!
Hours for our role are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a Thursday or Friday working from home option.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders, answering customers queries via telephone calls and email.
- Handling complaints, escalating issues
- Entering information into a CRM package
- Coordinating with third party logistic (3PL) parties
- Working with the Team Leader to analyse market trends
- 3-5 years + customer service experience working in the FMCG or 3PL industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
- Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
