Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their prestige brand.

This is a key role as you will support both external and internal customers with queries and administration.

Duties:

  • Process of new orders, requests, quotations on the ERP system
  • Processing credits and re-invoicing
  • Purchasing of office stationery and consumables
  • Customer queries
  • General administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administration or customer services role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good data entry skills
  • Some AR/AP experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent computer skills
