This is a key role as you will support both external and internal customers with queries and administration.

Duties:
- Process of new orders, requests, quotations on the ERP system
- Processing credits and re-invoicing
- Purchasing of office stationery and consumables
- Customer queries
- General administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration or customer services role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good data entry skills
- Some AR/AP experience would be beneficial
- Excellent computer skills
