I am looking for 2 driven Customer Success Specialists, to join an exciting start-up and grow their careers within an amazing organisation.

Duties Include:
- Responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting retention and loyalty
- Work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement, while canvassing areas of potential business improvement
- Answer queries, set up new users, management of customer data
- Manage customer feedback, create written content to be used online and educate customers on business capabilities
What You Will Bring:
- A strong Customer SUCCESS background, from a personal banking, call centre, or claims administration background
- An interest in personal finance, GST, or a drive to learn and grow in this space
- Plenty of initiative, confident to communicate and someone who is passionate about helping others
