I am looking for 2 driven Customer Success Specialists, to join an exciting start-up and grow their careers within an amazing organisation.

We are looking for people who want to help others, are driven to succeed and really care about the impact they make.

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement, while canvassing areas of potential business improvement
  • Answer queries, set up new users, management of customer data
  • Manage customer feedback, create written content to be used online and educate customers on business capabilities

What You Will Bring:

  • A strong Customer SUCCESS background, from a personal banking, call centre, or claims administration background
  • An interest in personal finance, GST, or a drive to learn and grow in this space
  • Plenty of initiative, confident to communicate and someone who is passionate about helping others
