Beyond Recruitment is seeking a Switched-on Customer Success Specialist to join our client’s high performing Auckland based team.

Your excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills will be show-cased in this role. The company is in growth mode and looking to this role to help expand the business by providing a front line, high-level of Customer Service at all times.

The focus of the role will be to support, train, coach customers in the company’s systems and operations and to propose ways your customer is able to improve their own business by using the system in smarter ways. Therefore you will also be managing the implementation and installation process.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

  • Communicating with customers through e-mail, social media and text messages
  • Offering Sales and Admin Support 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM – Salesforce (beneficial)
  • Assist the R&D Team
  • Following up with Clients

Key Skills and Competencies Preferred:

  • Previous Experience aligned to a front facing customer role
  • Tertiary Degree in a Technology Field (advantageous)
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Enjoy collaborating with a team to achieve results
  • Willing to learn and Self-driven
