I’m looking for a Customer Support Officer looking to build on their customer service skills but to also develop into a finance-based role.
You’ll get the chance to utilise your strong customer service skills while learning the ins and outs of a busy, hard-working yet fun (!) finance team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Have great negotiating skills and able to get the desired result
- Be resilient as in this role you will have to deliver the same message frequently with a consistent high level of customer service
- Have a great attitude to learning and looking for more efficient ways of doing things
- Be a quick learner and able to pick up processes with speed this team moves at pace so you will need to be comfortable working as such
- Be corporately presented as reception cover is required as and when needed
- Have strong excel and data entry skills (testing must be completed)
- Be confident speaking on the phone to clients
