About the role:

Are you a Support technician looking for a new start for 2020? Our client who specialises in product-based solutions for large scale enterprise clients is looking to add to their support team and are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join them. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the technician would look to provide technical assistance to the clients by offering ticket-based telephone support as well as onsite service installation of systems developed by the company.

Technical Skills required:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Web sites (HTML, Java etc)
  • SMTP email (S/MIME secure email)
  • DNS and TCP/IP
  • Network technology (Routers, Switches etc)
  • Wireless technologies
  • Firewall technologies

  • Desktop Hardware support
  • Public Key infrastructure technologies
  • Specialist application installation and support
  • General customer support.
