About the role:
Are you a Support technician looking for a new start for 2020? Our client who specialises in product-based solutions for large scale enterprise clients is looking to add to their support team and are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join them. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the technician would look to provide technical assistance to the clients by offering ticket-based telephone support as well as onsite service installation of systems developed by the company.
Technical Skills required:
- ITIL Foundation
- Web sites (HTML, Java etc)
- SMTP email (S/MIME secure email)
- DNS and TCP/IP
- Network technology (Routers, Switches etc)
- Wireless technologies
- Firewall technologies
- Windows Server and Workstation support
- Linux Server support
- Desktop Hardware support
- Public Key infrastructure technologies
- Specialist application installation and support
- General customer support.
