Our large, well known and successful NZ client is looking for a Service Designer to assist them in their Customer Experience Design group. With their CX Design strategy in place they are looking for a passionate service designer to assist them for 3-6 months.

To be considered you will need:
Intermediate-senior service design experience at an Enterprise level (including working in a customer centred group/team);
Knowledge & experience with HCD CX thinking/methodology;
Proven experience with HCD thinking (or similar CX methodology) and utilisation of CX design techniques & best practice;
Great creative, innovative and lateral thinking ability;
Well-developed communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work well in a team based environment;
Current working rights to work in NZ
