Our client who is a market leader in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced and data driven CX Specialist to join their Customer Experience team.

This role is all about influencing improvements to the customer journey from start to finish and throughout. You will be designing best in class CX Frameworks and using real customer insights to champion continuous optimisation of the end to end experience. 

Day to day in this role you will: 
  • Develop and design Customer Experience frameworks to build out strategic and operational delivery through the lens of customer.
  • Inform, design, and contribute to delivering optimised customer experiences across the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the identification and development of Customer Experience initiatives and how they will contribute to strategic priorities.
  • Operate dynamically across the business and portfolios in providing customer experience expertise, adjusting customer experience methodologies to deliver value.
  • Work within our broader customer experience initiatives to ensure a connected, inclusive aligned experience and programmes of work.
  • Work within risk and regulatory programmes of work to design and deliver respective customer experience initiatives.
