Our client is undergoing a large SAP transformation programme across HR, Payroll, Rostering, Procurement and Finance. Currently the Data and Analytics function to support operational decision making is manual, inconsistent and out of date.  

They are looking for a Fixed Term Contract resource for an initial 12-month period to assist with their programme of work. Based in the Wellington CBD, you will be part of a dedicated Project Team working towards a common goal for delivering the new SAP landscape.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing strategies and roadmaps for data assurance and analytics to support the programme.
• Establish a Data Assurance framework across the business
• Embed data standards for streamlined process, integrity and provide confidence of data sources and accuracy.
• Hand on delivery of analytics, dashboards and insights
• Support data design, cleansing, reconciliation and post go live.

Your background:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in data governance, data quality, or data management
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, data stewardship, and data quality practices
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
