Your role will be to manage and improve the businesses email delivery infrastructure and support. Maintaining business critical email up-times and security. In addition, you’ll be Managing support and operations systems and contractors in line with SLA’s. Provide pre-sales and application support, provide technical fault analysis, documentation and on occasion assist with release process, including deployment and test.
Ideally, you should have the following skills:
- 5 – 10yrs email flow experience
- Public Cloud systems – Azure, AWS, IBM Softlayer
- Knowledge of networking, storage, databases, servers, virtualization and security
- SocketLabs Hurricane MTA server or equivalent
- Windows Server management/config (08,12)
- Linux server management
- Microsoft SQL
