We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead who will be responsible for delivering a critical programme on time, in a constrained and ever-changing environment.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in delivery management for technology initiatives
- Significant experience in people management (with particular emphasis on leadership skills and dealing with conflict)
- Strong understanding of Agile practices (SAFe Agile is beneficial)
- Be comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment and leading teams in this
- Solid negotiating and listening skills
- You will be working with another Delivery Lead and will be sharing responsibilities
- Experience partnering with Senior Leaders to deliver outcomes
