About the role:
You will be a crucial part of a technology products and services division, within a well-known insurance company, that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale. This role will see you leading multiple agile development teams, enabling them to produce and deliver end-to-end digital experiences for customers and business partners. Your superb stakeholder management will help you deliver the very best outcomes through technology delivered change.
To be considered you must have experience in the following:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting
- People leadership and negotiation skills
- Agile coaching/ mentoring experience
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Insurance / Claims experience
- Experience working within a complex enterprise organisation.
