Job Description

  • Delivery Lead - ERP (SAP)
  • 6-month Contract
  • Auckland
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of SAP/ERP initiatives within a large-scale transformation programme for one of our Auckland CBD clients.  Working across business, technology, and vendor teams, you'll lead the planning and delivery of ERP changes to ensure a smooth transition and successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP/ERP initiatives across Finance and People workstreams.
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and vendor partners.
  • Drive decision-making and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Provide delivery reporting and updates to programme governance.
  • Support business readiness, user adoption, and transition activities.
To be considered you must have:
  • Proven experience delivering SAP or ERP programmes/projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
  • Experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments.
