About the role:

You will be providing technical resolution and advice to complex ICT queries, remote and desk side user support and customer service to end users. Identifying problems, troubleshooting problems and advising on appropriate action. This role will also have an on call component to it.

  • Resolve tickets that the Service Desk Analyst cannot resolve
  • Prepare computers for staff use including desktop computer and printer hardware reconfiguration and loading software applications
  • Pro-actively maintain staff members’ desktop environments
  • Carry out problem identification and resolution,  configuration changes, system documentation, risk management and mitigation, change management
  • Assist with the investigation and reporting of suspected and actual security breaches

Skills and Experience:

  • A sound knowledge of the M365 suite including its specialist applications
  • Experience of administration systems and processes and knowledge of information management practices and protocols
  • Experience in a client service role or customer support role
  • Experience with setup, maintenance, and security of Windows operating systems & back-end Microsoft applications
  • ITIL certification
