Our client has an urgent requirement for a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer for an urgent contract to start ASAP until June. You will be joining an existing project to assist users with setting up files and applications. The environment can be challenging so you will need to have a strong nature.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following technical skills:
- Windows 10 OS
- MS Office Suite
- Windows Migration
- Citrix Migration
- 0365 knowledge
- New Laptop deployment
Other key requirements for this role include:
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
- Someone who is able to hit the ground running
- Can identify issues and articulate them to the team leader
- Travel required – Flexibility required
