About your new role:

This is a customer focussed Desktop Support role, you will be working for one of the bigger Government departments. Your role will involve helping resolve a back log of support requests as well as being in the front line to all hardware support.   

If you have exceptional customer service and communication skills, a background with 2-3 years desktop support experience and a desire to work hard in one of the best buildings in Wellington then please apply with a cover letter explaining your background and experience.

What I am looking for in your CV:

  • 2-3 years New Zealand experience in a desktop support role inside a large organisation.
  • Experience dealing with Laptop and mobile devices.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve hardware related problems quickly and prioritise as required
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience working with a wide range of technologies and hardware.
  • A strong sense of urgency.
  • High energy levels and lots of enthusiasm with an ability to have fun
