I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Lead to join a trusted organisation in the Public Sector.
This role is offering up to $200,000 per annum to the right applicant and is based in the Wellington CBD.
The Development Lead will lead the development capability to build digital solutions, continuously improve and deploy features and enhance digital products. They will have direct line management of a variety of staff and set the direction and introduce tools, techniques, and methodologies to ensure consistency across the Development squads.
You will have:
- A software development background
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 and Power platform
- Experience leading Development/Functional/Technician Consulting teams
- You need to be comfortable directing others and making decisions
- Agile experience – Agile or SAFe certification would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience influencing across a wide range of Digital disciplines
- Sound understanding of All of Government ICT management principles and offerings
