About the Position:
This role will see you operating as a DevOps Engineer reporting to the IS Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for a wide variety of activities some of which will include:
- Configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining the development tools and environments
- Develop, maintain and support custom software
- To help develop the environment through tools and processes such as continual integration and continual deployment
- Manage delivery tools
- Writing technical documentation
- Manage the development platforms
Indicative skills & experience utilised in the role:
- Specialist experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience maintaining development platforms
- Experience deploying to Azure / AWS
- Experience with build automation tools
- Previous experience working with continuous integration tools
- Multi-platform skills are a bonus e.g. Windows / Linux
