This Digital Channel Manager role sits with a values-based organisation with a mission to help New Zealanders in their greatest times of need.

The successful candidate will oversee the digital delivery of this organisation’s communications and public education programme and will help build communications capability and digital leadership within the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the organisation’s digital channels: internet, intranet and social media and will manage, grow and operate the organisation’s digital voice.
You’ll work across the organisation to help establish customer focused ways of working that meet their goals. You’ll ensure strong connections across organisational groups and manage the external service provider.
You’ll be responsible for recognising and seizing opportunities that will reach target audiences, always ensuring strategic fit, as well as efficiently dealing with processes that are simply part of good online channels management.
