Are you an experienced Drainage Supervisor or Project Manager ready to take the next step with a tier 1 contractor?
I am seeking a site leader to oversee drainage crews across a range of projects across the Wellington region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong project pipeline, modern equipment, and a reputation for delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
As the Drainage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating daily operations, ensuring productivity targets are achieved, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideally, you’re down to earth, happy to get your hands dirty, and you’ve seen it all before.
Key Duties:
- Manage drainage projects across the Wellington region
- Supervise drainage crews and subcontractors on site
- Plan and coordinate daily works and resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 4+ years of civil construction experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of deep drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and associated infrastructure
- Certified Drainlayer, Water Reticulation, and safety quals
- Proven commercial project experience
