Systems & Platform Lead | Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
We're looking for an experienced Systems & Platform Lead to take ownership of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting critical enquiry, case management and dispute resolution services within a values-driven public sector organisation.
This is a 12-month Fixed term contract with Hybrid working condition.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll shape system design, drive continuous improvement, build reporting capability, and ensure the platform remains scalable, secure and fit for purpose.
About the role:
You'll be the internal technical lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, working closely with business stakeholders while managing specialist vendor support when required.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading solution design and platform architecture

Configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions

Developing integrations, workflows and custom components

Designing Power BI dashboards and reporting
-
Managing the systems improvement backlog

Maintaining technical documentation and data quality

Managing vendors and assuring delivery quality
About you
You'll bring:

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
-
Experience developing integrations, plugins or custom components
-
Strong data modelling and reporting capability
-
Experience designing workflow or case management systems
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
-
Experience in the public sector, regulated environments, or with document generation tools such as DocumentCorePack will be an advantage.
