E-Learning Content Designer

•e-Learning content design •12 month Fixed Term contract •Auckland- Ellerslie location An excellent opportunity for an intermediate level e-Learning Designer to create content and e-training material for early-life employees across customer management and sales functions. Key Responsibilities: •Learn and document the core tasks various business functions undertake via side-by-side observations and/or workshops. •Create e-learning modules aimed to upskill customer facing staff around critical skills and competencies •Integrate assessments into e-learning courses to ensure satisfactory level of competency within each module •Publish e-learning in LMS (SkillSoft) •Document the task and customer journeys covered in the E-learning modules •Where documentation already exists, ensure accuracy of information and amend accordingly You will have excellent benefits with this opportunity- inclusive of onsite parking , free gym membership, insurances , WFH options and flexible working!
