TEMPORARY ROLE – Executive Assistant
3-month role
$45p/h to $55p/h depending on experience
Wellington CBD within a government organisation
Are YOU an experienced Executive Assistant or a Personal Assistant wanting that step up in responsibilities then apply now! This is a great 3-month temp opportunity to step into and be part of a team that transforms the way we care for vulnerable persons in our communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with and supporting the General Manager, Policy, Research and Tiriti Partnerships
Diary and inbox management
Designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations
Being responsible for processing expenses, credit card returns and raising purchase orders and other finance related duties where needed
Organising and planning meetings including attending and taking meeting notes.
Making Travel arrangements
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
Reside in the Wellington area
