This role will be responsible for day-to-day employment and industrial relations related casework. Will support and influence managers in relation to ER casework and daily operations.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
-
Providing specialised ER advice to managers
-
Mentoring and coaching managers on ER matters
-
Drafting policies
-
Providing advice in respect to personal grievances and collective bargaining
-
Managing ER case logs
-
Providing recommendations on procedures and policies
This role requires prior experience in a high-volume employment and industrial relation environment. Prior experience building and maintaining relationships with Unions preferable. Must have a strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation.
