Our client is seeking an ESS Support Lead to start from February 2019 through till June 2020!
As the ESS Support Lead, you will design and deliver the ESS (Enterprise Support Services) support strategy, assist in the management the post go live support phase, and develop the functional and technical support and operation procdeures for the post go live of this release.
You'll essentially have stood up support structures in an enterprise environment, on top of sofware as a service.
They require someone with the following skills / experience:
- 5+ years in a technical leadership / management role
- Service delivery background
- Experience on large IT projects
- Oracle cloud implementation
- Experience working with virtual teams in NZ and abroad
- Influencing, negotiating, relationship building and leadership skills
- Experience working with project mangement tools and fundamentals
